Welcome to Jim's Basement Workshop and Porsche Pages. This site is being transitioned from my Rennlist site, with some additional projects, and info on my basement workshop. My Rennlist site was started as a way to share my experiences with the transplant of a 3.6 liter engine into a 1978 911 SC, when there was little info available on how to accomplish this. That site grew with the posting of my CIS Primer, an attempt to share my experiences with the K-Jetronic fuel system on the 911s of 1973 - 1983. Most of my Rennlist site will be included here.
Construction is ongoing for this website. As of now the Projects, CIS Primer, Parts For Sale, Shop, and Tech Items are active.
