If you are located in Canada, and want the parts shipped there, I will need the information for the colored blocks on the Customs Form sent to me. You can include it in the body of an email, type it into a word document, or whatever is the most convenient way to send it. The instructions are included below the form if there are questions. The USPS (Priority Mail International) will be the method of shipping, as other carriers (FedEx, UPS) are too much added work for me, and too expensive for you.
I will need this information in order to tell you how much shipping will be to your location. Since I have to fill out this form before I can ship, the earlier I have ALL this info, the less work it will mean for me. I am told that USPS is ignoring block 11, and I am not filling it out, so unless the buyer can furnish a number, it will be left blank. I assume no responsibility for this block. I do not know where to go for this number.
